Phil has both undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT. His career spans many years at IBM, ROLM, Tandem, Compaq, and Hewlett-Packard, where he developed several models and products for capacity planning, computer performance, and optimizing query execution times.
Phil has several joint patents for data mining and data analysis tools.
In addition to providing on-going consulting services for Hughes riskApps, Phil also gets enjoyment tutoring college students in algebra, calculus, and statistics.
In Phil's "free" time, he builds computers from scratch, and finds new skills to learn on the Internet.
Phil maintains good health with a steady exercise routine, and he enjoys bike riding and hiking in beautiful landscapes when the weather permits.
Debra started her second career as a web developer after teaching children how to write websites with straight HTML code for many years. She has been doing web development for clients since 2005.
